My elderly mother is nearing the end of her longer than expected stay on the Cardic intensive care unit at Nottingham city hospital and l am struggling to put into words how grateful l am to every single member of the CICU team!
Throughout her stay on the unit mum has received outstanding care delivered with expertise and compassion beyond my expectations.
I wish l could mention everyone individually and express ( a little better than l have ) what a difference their family centred approach makes to us all.
To say thank you isn't enough.
