I was taken to ED on Saturday following a scary exacerbation of asthma. After being told at the GP hub I was fine and then deteriorating my partner took me in. The nurse and Dr I saw were so efficient and caring and as a worker in an ED myself I understand the pressures. I was turned around with the correct medication in 3 hours. THANK YOU.
