The Receptionists always seem ready to offer any help they can...with a smile too, which may sound flippant but is actually very important so is much appreciated!
As a fostering family, we can only repeat our thanks and appreciation to those on reception as well as the nurses and doctors as we have always been seen very promptly whenever any of the children have been ill. They have also been very helpful in tracking down information re vaccination records and previous GP notes which helps us in our care of the children.
The doctors take time to listen and actually make eye contact instead of just writing on the computer during a consultation.
Whilst it is not always possible I am often able to see the same doctor which gives a sense of continuity and can be reassuring, so again, is greatly appreciated.
I have been registered with this surgery for more years than I care to think about (can it really be that long ...!) and I am very happy to remain so and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks again!
