"Disappointed"

I took my 3 year old in yesterday evening as he was in alot of pain with his leg and could not walk in it.

We had previous experience with him which turned out to be sceptic arthritis.

We waited 6 hours before seeing a doctor in the a and e paediatric ward. During this time 3 children had been sick on the floor, cleaners were called on each occasion to clear it but no one came.

Water had been spilt and still no cleaner. A 18month old fell in the water and still no action.

In the end parents had to get together to clean it up and use the anti bacterial wipes from the toilet to make it clean.

We were eventually seen and the staff were really nice and understanding.

No complaints on that side.

On leaving at 530am this morning, after being there for 13 hours the cleaner was finally cleaning the floor in the paeds waiting area.

Not impressed by this at all. That's how germs and bugs spread so quickly.
