What I liked

I have just got home from having had open heart surgery, at the heart hospital in london, and myself and my partner yvonne, cannot thank everyone enough for all the great care and support, every single member of staff gave us, from the surgeons, icu doctors and nurses, to the cleaners, cafe staff and accomodation staff...... It has taken me a long time to make the decision to have this operation done, and now Im glad to say I have come through it, ........and the fact that my partner was able to stay on site all through my time in the hospital, made it so much more comforting and less stressful for us both, we met many people throughout our week, and you almost become friends as you know what everyone is going through, we cannot thank everyone enough, and could not possible pick out any one person as being more helpful than others, as for us it was all about team work.........many thanks to you all..... trevor jackson.... norwich

What could be improved

My partner told several people about the accommodation, especially to those who had travelled some distance as we had, maybe putting a notice at reception, or on your site, or literature to patients would be of great help to help make some peoples experience during a difficult time stressful ,so they didnt have to travel every day
