I was seen in the Endoscopy Unit to have a Sigmoidoscopy .

Everyone who spoke to me and looked after me during this procedure was very efficient, polite and caring.

I appreciated very much the attitude and help of the Nurse who first interviewed me, the skill of the Endoscopist and the team who supported him.

Everyone spoke to me without being condescending as some people are to an 83yr old.

The result I was given was not one I wanted to hear but it was not in any way as serious as it might have been and I was very glad to have the news .
