I was treated at all times with civility, respect and great professional care by all.

I met a member of staff before the procedure when she gave me a most comprehensive explanation of everything I needed to know. On the actual day, the same member of staff met me before the procedure to make sure I was happy with everything. During the procedure performed by a Dr extremely competently, the member of staff continued to to look after me, at one point moping my brow! She phoned me the next day to ensure that everything was all right, and a week later to tell me the results of the test were negative.

I really cannot praise RIH highly enough.
