"Excellent care"

I attended the Urology department to have a prostate biopsy under local anesthetic.

I was extremely apprehensive.

However, the nursing staff and the surgical team could not have been more supportive and did their absolute best to reassure me and make me feel relaxed.

The surgical team in particular were first class and, even though I am not the best of patients, their good humour and understanding helped me to cope with the experience in a far better way than I would have thought possible.

I recommend them all wholeheartedly.
