After a bad chest infection I was unable to get an appointment with a doctor or nurse. I have never been able to use its online booking system, and you can't even get a timely appointment at the reception desk itself. I think this is all down to a poor management, which is a shame because the doctors and nurses are doing a good job.
For now the only option for me as a patient is to get needed medication via the Internet from a 3rd party supplier. The Mayflower Centre surgery should be re-organized and become a normal surgery again, making its otherwise good services more easily accessible for a patient.
