"Lack of communication and compassion"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

I had a fall on4/5 May. Taken to W Harvey A&E. X-ray showed broken shoulder. Went home. Attended fracture clinic on 10 May, told I needed operation to pin the break. Since then, nothing,11 days later. Phones go to answerphone, voice recognition useless. No indication of when I might be called in, no communication, have I been forgotten completely? Am in much pain.
