"friendly and professional care"

I visited the urgent care unit early in the morning (about 8am) with

an infection and irritation in my ears.

From the beginning I was greeted friendly by the receptionist.

After waiting for less then an hour, I was seen by the doctor.

The doctor was very friendly and took time to explain things

to me. She was very knowledgeable and at the same time

patient enough to explain to me what was going on with my

ear and how I was to aid the healing process.

I felt very well cared for.
