"Thankyou A&E staff for treating my Mum"

I’d like to thank the staff at A&E for treating my Mum so well on Wednesday 16th May. You were all charming, kind and efficient. You treated my mother with dignity and respect and a little humour, which was just right for her.

With all the building going on around A&E it was difficult to find our way in and it was quite confusing to get to different departments, but staff were helpful in guiding us. They are working in difficult conditions and A&E environment felt a bit of a 3rd world mess, an waiting room was very depressing, but this was overcome by fabulous staff. So thankyou.
