On our first visit to Robin House, I was extremely nervous. I sat outside in the car and cried a little at the prospect of entering a childrens hospice.
That feeling soon disappeared as we entered to the warmest, friendliest faces. We have now been attending Robin House for 2 years and what an amazing 2 years it has been.
Recently we hit a bump in our road when my daughter became unwell extremely fast during a visit, the staff handled the situation amazingly. We spent 2 weeks in hospital and then came to Robin House for step down before home. They helped me regain my confidence, provided endless support and enabled us to have a week full of unforgettable memories that I will cherish forever.
Robin House feels like home away from home for us and the staff now feel like part of our family. I don't know what I would do without this amazing place.
