"Cheshire & Wirral Partnership Airbus..."

I saw the comments of someone who was badly let down by the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership who works for Airbus. My brother has had exactly the same experience - breach of confidentiality and his counsellor basically has no interest in helping him. He has been left feeling worse than before he saw them - the attitude of the counsellor left him in tears.

He wouldn't let me make an official complaint because he worries about what it will mean for his career - but seriously, this is very poor from an NHS organization. Airbus pays big bucks for this service and what they appear to get is something really not good. My brother reckons that all the majority of staff at Airbus now know to avoid this counselling.
