"Caring surgery"

I would like to say on behalf of all of my family that this practice is outstanding!

The care provided by each and every member of staff is second to none..I have always been offered an appointment when needed and if you think the problem you have can't wait ,you can request a telephone call off a clinician who, if they can't help over the phone will give you an appointment the same day at your convenience !..how can you improve on that !

There has been lots of negativity surrounding the NHS as of late for one reason or another, but where would we be without it ?..

Castlefields Health Centre and its staff are wonderful.
