I tried through go to get a psych assessment, after doc months wait I had to go to critical care team. I received terrible "service" I can count three members of staff who seemed to understand health care. I previously worked in the care proffers ion for eleven years and can honestly say this is by far the worst service ever encountered. I tried to post my true feelings but these were scensore. After truly awful service I have been given meds which are making life hell and no support offered.
Please don't let this service remain as is, it could truly lead to a tragic outcome for some.
