Considering this was pain management I thought the seating would have been a lot better. Most of my group had back problems, the seating caused more pain to several of us!
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor explained things very clearly. At firsts I though an 8 week course was too long but now I think it is not long enough. It is a pity the exercise class could not take place on site, but I dare say it is down to money.
I would recommend this course to anyone suffering chronic pain.
