Love the ability to be able to book appointments online, it’s getting easier and easier, as now able to book children’s appointments, cervical smear, telephone consultation etc all online.
Can also get through on the phone, although sometimes you made need to wait, I think this is just the sign of a busy practice.
All the staff I’ve encountered from reception to nurses and doctors are always welcoming and friendly.
