"A hospital experience to smile about!"

What I liked

I went for day surgery and found it to be a flawless, pleasant experience (for a hospital visit). I've had a similar procedure in two other hospitals before. The staff were calming, always happy and very on the ball with everything. A lot of checks and precautions were taken to avoid infections, complications etc, many had not been done in previous hospitals.

All in all a very calm day, always informed of progress and minimum fuss. I was there for a mere 6 hours and cannot recommend highly enough. I don't doubt the overall pleasant experience helped my recovery!

What could be improved

As always the surgeon could do with improving his bedside manner but that is a common problem! Bigger contrast though when the rest of the staff are so caring...
