The good care provided by the nursing staff and Doctor
What could be improved
The waiting area of outpatients, its to crowded, airless and the seats are very uncomfortable. Plus the waiting time, this visit i had to wait almost 2 and a half hours to be seen, that is far to long to be sat in a chair that caused pressure on my wound!
