"Very rushed service and borderline rude."

I visited this practice for the first time today having moved from another practice.

Having a few things to discuss a few things and seek assistance with a longstanding issue. I was met with an abrupt Doctor who swiftly brushed my first ailment which I took on board. When I said there was something else I was told that I had to make another appointment which I contested and stated what it was. I was then told to come on then by the Doctor. This made me flustered and not able to show the issue. I was then told that the appointment was over and I left. I was treat with no dignity and respect. I will be making a complaint. Sadly this practice seems to have one Doctor. I am left regretting moving to the practice around the corner. Also feeling absolutely no happier about my conditions.
