What I liked

Staff on Merdical Assessment Unit waiting for me on arrival, bed ready and staff standing by to check me in and start tests. Exceptionally friendly and efficient Medical Technician immediately took my bloods and organised chest x-ray and ct scan. She could not have done more to put me at ease and look after my mother while I was sent for tests. Excellent care. Really nice breakfast!! Thank you..

What could be improved
