"A fantastic surgery"

My husband and I have been patients @this surgery for at least 25yrs.We have always had the very best treatment and advice.Yes sometimes we have had to wait awhile for the previous patient but we take into consideration that there are times when our own appts are longer than usual, but we think it is essential to have listening and caring doctors which we all need when ill, instead of half listening ear, pen at the ready for prescription.We have also found the receptionists exceptionally polite & helpful and have always fitted us in with a doctor. There are doctor's surgeries in Middleton where patients have to queue up outside in rain and snow for an appt. The doctor has alawys returned our calls when promised.It is very sad to read the disappointing reviews and we can't deny their experiences, but please pateints let us all have more patence and be grateful and appreciative of our doctors service in the U.K.We are so fortunate considering the lack of funding and doctors.We are an ever expanding population which causes a very demanding toll on our doctors service.
