What I liked

I came to Greenwood day surgery unit for a procedure 13th Sept 2011. I cannot fault anything or anyone. I was treated very well by all concerned, all the staff were friendly. The waiting room being women only was as relaxed as it could be considering we were all waiting for an op'. It was nice and cosy and we chatted the hours away whilst waiting our turn to be called. I was 4th on the list and was given a rough time of 4pm for my op, I was called at 3.50pm

What could be improved

I cannot think of anything that could be improved. I certainly had no complaints.

Anything else?

A big thank you to all concerned who I came into contact with at Stamford.
