I had a prostate biopsy on Tuesday, and although the procedure itself is not pleasant it was made much more bearable by the wonderful staff.
Both the consultant doing the biopsy and the nursing staff kept me informed about what was going on, and the nursing staff not only provided the service they were there for, but they kept me in conversation (laughing at several points, and kept my mind off what was going on!
Afterwards I was given a good cup of coffee.
Really impressed.
