I would like to take a moment to express my thanks and gratitude to hairmyres hospital

As a whole the hospital is one of the best.

all the staff are lovely and helpful

having been a patient for many years through the outpatients departments and the wards I would like to say how amazing they all are the hospital does not get enough praise and I see a lot of people complain and sully the name of this hospital and the NHS

well I for one am not one of those people

all the staff should be proud of the amazing work that they do

Thank you for taking the time to share such positive feedback about your attendances at Hairmyres.

All of the staff work hard to provide safe and effective person-centred care everyday and I'm delighted that appears to have been your experience.

Your recognition of all aspects of care and services, including domestic services regarding cleanliness is gratefully received.

It's really gratifying for staff to hear such fulsome praise and I'm very proud of everyone at Hairmyres who plays their part in maintaining and improving the health and wellbeing of the people of Lanarkshire.

I hope you continue to have positive experiences when attending Hairmyres.

I would Echo Joanne's comments above. Wecontinue to work hard right across University Hospital Hairmyres to embed a patient focussed, person centred approach to looking after patients and their loved ones. It's lovely to receive your wonderful feedback.
