My Husband was admitted as an emergency patient on to the AMU department at Solihull Hospital on Monday 14th May 2018.
Initially my husband was monitored and cared for by an excellent West Midlands Ambulance team from (Warwick) So we would like to commend one particular ambulance staff member and his team for a prompt diagnostics and care taken on the transition to Solihull AMU.
My husband was received by a very efficient AMU Sister who was very knowledgeable, had a great bedside manner and was very reassuring in a very challenging circumstances.
Once my Husband was stable enough to be moved out of Rhesus he was taken to a cubicle opposite the nursing station for continuous monitoring.
