Re my previous posting about the opthalmology department and the complaints process -

I should, of course, have added that my daughter did not wear contact lenses for the entire nine months that she was an outpatient at this hospital opthalmology department and in the 18 months since her discharge, is able to wear lenses for a very short period on only two days out of ten days. Prolific? Not according to her opthalmic optician.
