"Staff were caring to patients and to each other"

About: Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency Victoria Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I received excellent medical care at Victoria Hospital’s A&E and Orthopaedic departments during my stay from Sunday to Tuesday recently

To patients and toward each other, all of the staff were consistently caring, supportive, and good humoured. I appreciated how I was treated, and I think it is just as important that they were helpful and pleasant to each other.

They encouraged me to move forward, answered my questions with professionalism, kept my room clean, and made my stay as pleasant as possible.

My thanks and appreciation to all the staff working on Ward 31,

Very pleased to receive you feedback Tayboy as will the staff who were involved in your care over the 3 days.

It is so important that patients feel cared for and listened to and I note your comment describing relationships between staff members which is equally important for patients to see. Thank you for highlighting this.

Wishing you a good recovery.

Regards Arlene
