"Joke of a surgery run by absolute jokers."

Absolute nightmare of a surgery, never ever any appointments available,

No advance bookings always call back later and when you do call back later same story no appointments. People have work.', colleges, schools etcc to

attend calling asked to call at 8:30 for an appointment and for the last week I have tried lines always busy, and if u lucky enough to get through no appointments, what a surprise! Awful senior staff who talk down to you are passive aggressive should you question anything. Then you get the practice manager who will tell you we have this and this available if your not happy how come it's never available when I ask or any members of my family? No appointments ever! You really need to fix your attitudes , shocking! It's like a race to get an appointment! Walk in surgery another joke apparently only first 35 people! You are dealing with poorly people to have to be played about by this surgery is disgusting! I also feel the good reviews are fake ,you really cannot imagine how bad this surgery is unless you are a patient here .
