I would like to thank the A & E staff on duty on Saturday mid morning. My Elderly Aunt was treated exactly how I would hope patients to be treated, with respect, dignity and timely with a good measure of reassurance.They put her at ease and it was obvious they worked well together as a happy team. Very Professional.Please especially thank the nurse and frailty nurse who took great care with my Aunt in pain from a fractured Sternum.
My thanks to the Ambulance crew too.
