"Relative of patient recently treated at..."

I am writing to thank the staff at Harrogate hospital mainly in A&E and also on Farndale Ward and all the staff involved in my fathers rehabilitation following a fracture of his femur. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful and his care was to a high standard right from his arrival in casualty until his discharge home.

The whole experience for my father was a positive one and helped to expedite his recovery.
