The grills around the pool could use a good scrub.   The shower walls & flooring were recently refurbished which is great and long overdue.   However, the cleanliness of the floor in the shower area leaves a great deal to be desired.   I have pictures that I thought I could upload on the link below but that is not at all what that link is for.   Disappointed that I can't upload actual evidence. Don't see the point of cartoon pics below.

First of all thank you for taking the time to post your comments. Both positive and negative comments are more than welcome so we can improve our service in any way we can. I am disappointed to hear about the lack of cleanliness in the shower areas and will make that my priority today to investigate. The hydrotherapy pool is cleaned on a daily basis by the domestic team so I will make sure your comments are also passed on to them.

Thank you for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention. I oversee the cleaning for Serco in the hospital and our Domestic management team have visited the pool this morning. The shower areas will be deep cleaned today along with the grills. We will ensure increase quality checks in this area to make sure standards are maintained. Once again, thanks for the feedback. We value your contribution to help us provide a quality service to all hospital users.

Thank you so much for your prompt action in the matter. Given the humidity in that area, it could be a breeding ground for germs, exposure to which could be unesscessary complications for people who are already quite ill.
