"Removal of subcutaneous cyst"

I was referred to Holmfirth Memorial Hospital by my lovely Dr Book, she assured me that the doctor there is wonderful and would be able to remove the cyst quickly and easily. I was able to choose a convenient day and time so that I could attend after work without any problems. I arrived to a very clean, pleasant and welcoming hospital, greeted by a friendly polite receptionist.   The nurse who came to get me was so supportive throughout my visit, and I felt at ease to say when I suddenly panicked and she helped me stay calm. Dr Wright was very nice, and explained what was happening and what he could do and how. Again he was very nice, and reassuring too.   After 10 minutes of being in the operating room it was all finished - I'd caused myself more pain in the past trying to get rid of it myself.   I was so relieved and so pleased that I had this minor surgery done.
