"Excellent treatment at the Urgent Care Centre"

About: West Cornwall Hospital (Penzance)

I was obliged to visit the urgent care department whilst on holiday in St Ives. I had developed infected cellulitus in my knee following a fall.

I was seen by an emergency care practitioner. He was extremely kind and helpful.

I was very impressed with the care given and the friendliness of all the staff i encountered.

10/10!!

I am so sorry that you had cause to use our services at West Cornwall Hospital's Urgent Care Centre during your holiday in St Ives; however, I am pleased that you received 10/10 care and all staff you encountered were friendly, kind and helpful.
