About: Newham General Hospital / Maternity care

Staff most definitely had enough and clearly not satisfied at workplace. Nice but irritated response by HCA. Wait is long without explanation just a simple "Sorry for the wait" once they see you they try to get rid of you soon as, due to how long the queue is. So they don't even have time to explain much about what is going on with you and your baby. For a first time mum, I went in clueless and left clueless. Attention is given to emergency cases. Basically stick to Dr Google!!!
