"Outrageous rude staff"

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided at Conolly Ward PHC. I have not been informed of decisions regarding my son's 'care' and many procedures as set out in the Mental Health Act have not been adhered to!

Rude staff member completely contradicted what the medical professional told me the day before. He said - and I quote 'It's a lifestyle choice for your son ... 2 days off the drugs and he's normal'.

Well actually he has a history of mental health issues for the last 19 years.

Define normal!!

Also he kept asking me where I was from ... why is that even reliant ?

Absolutely disgusted that you want to release my son to the Nomad Centre when we were told he would receive proper care because he is very I'll!! I have spoken to P3 and they too are disgusted with this. We are writing a joint complaint.

I have contacted Lincoln County Hospital Complaints and will be writing to my local MP to hopefully resolve this and for my son to receive the proper mental health care that he needs.
