"Awful unprofessional service"

Every time I actually get through to this practice I encounter the same bored response and complete lack of help and advise. After waiting 7 weeks for the results of an urgent CT scan, I asked for a doctors appointment to be told my heart wasn't' an important enough reason to warrant an appointment. I asked to speak to the practice manager who was in a meeting. One hour passed to receive a call back informing me that the practice manager agreed with the receptionist and they together didn't think my heart problems needed an urgent appointment and to call back later in the week. I then demanded an appointment and asked the receptionist to speak to the doctor and explain my situation, I then received an appointment within 10 minutes. Following on from the actual appointment I got a referral letter and went private through my works health care plan. I am now 2 weeks 4 days post operative in recovery after having URGENT open heart surgery. If it was left to the receptionists and practice manger at the blue suite, Rainham Healthy Living, I can't be entirely sure I'd still be here to tell my story.
