I had to take my son to A&E today with a suspected fractured wrist after a call from his school.
Other than the slightly abrupt nurse on the A&E reception desk (I wouldn't want to do her job), we were treated with the utmost professionalism by all the staff we encountered in the department.
Treatment was swift, care was professional and all was explained very clearly. Well done Colchester Hospital. Much improved on my last visit in 2016.
