"Great Hospital and Wonderful staff"

I was sent to Norwich and Norfolk university hospital Easton Ward,for minor plasticts surgery on my lip which I had bitten though after I had collapse the day before.

Was asked to attend the Hospital at 8am but didnt have the operation untill 3pm that afternoon.

Altho the long wait around the hospital which is understandable on an emergency ward, I’d just like to say how lovely the staff were all day and the team in the theatre, I was put at ease and everything was explained to me really well. Everyone I met was kind and friendly which goes a long way. Thankyou and keep up the great work you are doing.
