About: Fairfield General Hospital / Accident and emergency

I am a 73 year old lady who visited Fairfield A & E dept today at around 3.45pm .

Each member of staff I dealt showed good listening skills, care and compassion.

I was in a lot of pain, I had fallen over and hurt my shoulder.

I do suffer from R.A. so this added to my pain.

The young doctor I saw was pro active and arranged for an X-ray speedily.

The X-ray dept were quick to deal with me & sent a copy of the X-ray straight to the doctor.

Fortunately no bones broken!

This whole interlude took only about one hour.
