About: Basildon University Hospital / Gynaecology

GEU!!! The staff spend more time talking to each other about there weekends out and holidays rather than take any notice of the patients!!! Twice I had bloods here and once they lost them!!! and the other time they told me to call back after 4 hour to get results which I did try to but didn’t get any answer from them until the following day! These blood results and scans are people’s lives to loose a baby is awful but to be treated like this is not right! I also had a scan (internal) which ended up being a complete nightmare as halfway through people we’re walking in! So un professional! They gave me false information of the scan as I went to queens hospital for second opinion for them to tell me part of the baby was still inside me!!!! Basildon has assured me the mid carriage was complete!! Disgusting!! New nurses and doctors are needed and cleaners!! Avoid at all costs!
