"very poor, left feeling like no one cared"

About: Royal Free Hospital

What I liked

The domestic was quite an upbeat personality, always smiled

What could be improved

Pain management was lousy, made to wait for a doctor for 6 hours for pain relief.

Only 1 cushion per bed! A cushion & my cover to keep my leg elevated & my coat as a cushion!

Not enough food, was very hungry & there was nothing left to eat

Nurses completely overworked

Was left in serious pain for hours

The place was quite dirty, especially the toilet

Was not given help to wash myself & was not allowed out of bed

the heating on the 7th floor is broken so its very very hot, everyone is sweating, the poor nurses are stuck there running around in the heat! At least us patients can lie still, pity we can open the windows
