About: BPAS Richmond CC/Clinic

Honestly this was by far the best experience I have ever had in a hospital/clinic.

They made a difficult situation bearable. Every single person in that clinic was so professional and kind, reassuring me at every step of the way. They did not pressure me to take any decisions, they gave me a free hand in deciding the course of treatment and provided me with unlimited information. I was scared, uncomfortable, physically sick and felt alone. They all took the time to know me, to understand me and offer me the best possible outcome.

The clinic was very clean and tidy and did not made me feel like I was in a cold hospital waiting room. Everything was well organised and there was no moment when I felt I had no idea where I need to go like it usually happens in hospitals.( they send you to a room you get confused, uncomfortable, knock on the wrong door and so on). There was always someone with me guiding me and explaining was I was going to do next.

I did not have to wait long and after deciding my course of treatment I also took the medication the same day. Apart from that ,the wonderful lady who did the consult also offered to perform some extra tests for me. I agreed and went on and did everything that she recommended.

I honestly want to thank them all for the hard job they are doing every day and reassure everyone that there is no reason to be scared. You can change your mind at any time and your are on good hands. These women were my heroes that day giving me a little bit of strength to keep going and not let myself go. Thank you!
