Have had mixed experiences at Warrington Hospital in the past however I was extremely pleased with the excellent service provided by the Bowel Cancer Screening team today. The appointment went ahead on time and the team went out of their way to explain the procedure and make me feel as relaxed and well cared for as possible. They were courteous, interested in me and took time to make me feel comfortable. Please pass on my thanks
