This practice is, for the most part, unsatisfactory. The receptionists are rude and have no patience for questions. I've experienced it first hand but have also witnessed it a number of times when waiting to be seen by a GP.
Appointments cannot be made in advance. So, if one of my young sons needs to be seen by a GP, I have to ring continuously often for approximately 10 - 20 minutes starting at 8am, only to be told that there are no appointments available on that day. When I ask for other options, they recommend the A&E or the walk-in clinic.
In addition, there is only one GP at this practice that I have confidence in. The others seem disinterested in sorting out health issues... which is distressing for the mother of 2 under 3 years old.
"Appointments not provided, difficult to get on..."
