"Horrible staff especially at the maternity..."

Horrible and rude staff working at the blood test, maternity unit. I understand that they are experienced in dealing with maternity related tests but what they don’t understand that it’s a new experience for someone of the expectant mothers.

They treat people with utter disrespect and make them feel horrible. Very unprofessional, may be train them on compassion. As an expectant mother for the very first time you are already under stress and then on top of that such horrible treatment by supposedly professional staff. Absolute shambles of a service.
