Having a chronic illness unfortunately I’m a regular visitor to hospitals. But never at Ashford William Harvey

My obs were taken in the waiting room and I was asked questions in front of everyone.. nobody has a clue what was going on . Blood on the floor .staff not changing gloves after 7hours of waiting to see a member of the medical team to be assessed after bloods tests and having high BP and being told I have hours to wait again, on the most uncomfortable chairs I discharged myself and came home . Other patients did the same

What an absolute sham . An embarrassment to our NHS
