"I can't thank them enough"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a service user),

My sister was taken into Ayr Hospital with a suspected ministroke then transferred to Crosshouse Hospital where she was in the stroke unit. What a great place

Every member of staff were superb, the level of care was brilliant, even looked after me. I can't thank them enough.

Dear jiveed66,

What a frightening time for you and your sister. The staff recognise how difficult this is not only for the patient but for the family.

I am delighted to hear that you found the care to be excellent. Along with rapid investigations, monitoring and treatment it is equally essential that staff communicate and deliver a person-centred approach to care.

The staff will be delighted to read your comments and appreciate you taking the time to post your feedback on care opinion. I hope your sister is now continuing to recover at home.

Best wishes,

Christine
