1. Dear Patient

Thank you for taking time to share your recent experience with us. All comments are taken seriously and help us to continue improving the service that we offer.

Please accept our apologies for being unable to offer you an appointment when you called the practice. Our aim is to provide a service accessible to all patients. We provide a number of different routes to book both same day and routine appointments so hopefully you have already booked an appointment to see a clinician now.

If you haven't, you can either pre-book up to two weeks in advance by;

- Calling us on 0151 902 0010 and pressing option 1. This will connect you to Patient Partner, our automated telephone booking line. It will take you through available appointments. Simply follow the verbal instructions and use your keypad to book.

- Calling us on 0151 902 0010 and pressing option 2 to speak to a member of our team who will be able to let you know the next available routine appointment.

- Patient Access app. If you are not already registered with Patient Access, please call us on [surgery number] after 11am Mon-Fri and ask to be registered. You can then set up the app on your phone, tablet or access via a computer. Available routine appointments and same-day appointments will show on the app and can be booked with one click.

- Popping into the surgery and asking our team at reception for the next available appointment.

If you require a same-day appointment for yourself or a child over six months you can complete an online eConsult consultation form from 6am to 1pm Mon-Fri via the homepage of our website www.mazmedical.co.uk.

For a same-day appointment for a child under 6 months call us from 8am on [phone number].

If you cannot complete an online consultation, call us 0151 902 0010 after 8am and before 1pm to arrange a call-back. An eConsult advisor will call at a mutually convenient time to take you through the online consultation.

Once submitted, the eConsult form is sent to your GP securely. Our aim is to get back to you within 3 hours with the right medical advice. If you need a face-to-face appointment, we will call you to arrange for you to come in today to be seen.

We hope that helps you know the many ways you are able to book an appointment in the future. Please note we cannot guarantee you will be seen by your preferred clinician in the event of a same-day appointment.

Kind Regards

Dr Maassarani & Partners
